Megelec Nigeria Limited is the only authorized marketer and maintenance company for DOMINO (UK) Limited, manufacturer of wide range of printers. Domino, with a strong presence in over 135 countries is the world leader in:

TRAINING

As part of our program towards enhancing operators’ skills on Domino Coding Machines we organize Operators/Engineers’ training on monthly basis aside trainings given at installation at no charge at all within our premises. We also organize the same within customers’ premises (on request)

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

As one of our quest to satisfying our numerous customers, our Lagos office alone is fortified with over forty (40) Engineers (trained locally & abroad) while some are based in our Kaduna office and others at our Eastern office (Onitsha).
In fact, we have a fixed response time of 24hours (Maximum) else the standby Engineer loses his job.

CONSUMABLES/SPARES

As part of our after sales service, we have a store usually stocked with good volume of our consumables and spares. We also make special arrangement with Clients to ensure they never run out of stock.
Above all, we can assure you that our consumables, spares & machines are available at your beck and call.

OTHER SPECIAL FEATURES OF DOMINO CODING MACHINES

Highly user friendly: User interface improves uptime by providing access to important printing information & allowing for code adjustment on line.
We give minimum of one year warranty on parts & labor……once certain it isn’t human error.
