TECHNICAL SUPPORT PLANS
It is commonplace for operators to be switched and moved across production plants with the downside risk to newly deployed operators having to learn and adjust to their new roles in machine handling etc. These learning curves sometimes affect and slow down production activities and their set targets.

Platinum 24/7
Here, technical support is deployed to the plant all day long (24/7) throughout the weeks and months of the year. Our technical personnel run the entire shifts and throughout daily operations. Ensuring that all printers are in good working condition. This option best fits customers running multiple shifts/mission critical activities.
Gold Support
Our Engineer visits once weekly (four visits per month) during which all printers are carefully checked and status’ reports forwarded to your assigned Engineer/personnel. He also advises and acts on other corrective and preventive maintenance measures to ensure near zero downtime
Bronze Support
Here, our Engineer visits your plant once monthly to check and ascertain the status of all printers across the lines of production and also report on his findings to your assigned Engineer/Plant Manager. He also advises and acts on other corrective and preventive maintenance measures to ensure near zero downtime
Platinum 8-5
Here, Domino/Megelec Engineers resume by 8am and close by 5pm. All operations within this period are recorded and reports sent accordingly. The Engineers also ensure among others that all printers including back-ups are in good working condition. This option best fits customers running mission critical single shifts.
Silver Support
Visitation by our Engineers is expected to be carried out bi-weekly (every two weeks) during which all the printers are checked and status reports of such findings forwarded to your assigned Engineer/Plant Manager He also advises and acts on other corrective and preventive maintenance measures to ensure near zero downtime.
